Prayers from Kristy

The night can be so long when you know that in just a few hours, everything changes.  Everything changes for our four children living in our home now.  Everything changes for my husband and I.  And Jin Yi, nothing remains the same, nothing. So much loss and so much hope for this little girl. Let her rest in the hope. We will be making and grooming a new family into a new normal. Praying the Lord would make this new family beautiful in time. That He would use every moment to create His beauty in and through our family.  That each member would welcome the changes with grace, immeasurable love  and excitement.  And it would be a work that only the Creator can do. 

 

 Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or imagine, according to the power at work in us.

We leave in an hour and a half to go to the orphanage to be united with Jin Yi!
